Camile and Eric had one of those weddings that I’m going to remember for a long time. It really was a celebration of these two awesome people, and their deep love for each other. They got married on their 10th wedding anniversary *heart melts* in Corinth. There were so many details and touches that added to their special day, like the soap they made for favors, to Eric running to grab Nashville Predators jerseys to wear for some photos (and Camile being a good sport and wearing one too!). It was immediately evident that these two are surrounded by such strong family and friend relationships, there was so much love and happiness being shared among everyone. And so many smiles! Camile and Eric’s faces lit up at their first look, and they were laughing and smiling from there on out! After a sweet ceremony, everyone headed inside for the reception. During the wedding planning process, they told me they were aiming for a classy, simple wedding with jazz, and they nailed it. Guests danced and mingled with the music, ate some delicious cake and enjoyed the company of others. The two ended the night with a sparkler exit, made even more magical by the lights strung up in the courtyard. Congratulations Camile and Eric!

Morgan and James are such sweet people, and their wedding was such a fun one to be a part of. The wedding took place Thanksgiving weekend in Starkville at The Stables, which is such a cool venue. Despite being so late in the year, it was absolutely gorgeous weather. Morgan and James started dating when they were 15, so it was very special being able to capture their love. You can tell they are best friends, and they are so comfortable around each other. When James turned around and saw Morgan for the first time that day, his shoulders relaxed and a smile quickly crossed his face. Morgan beamed as she showed off her super cute glitter Kate Spade flats, before they embraced in a long hug. After their first look moment, we started doing portraits on the grounds with their bridal party and family. Before the ceremony started, Morgan listened to music and danced with her girls, as James relaxed and watched football with the guys. When it was time, everyone walked around to where the ceremony took place, and Morgan rode with her father. It was a moment of quiet excitement as everyone walked along, and Morgan shared one last hug with her dad before walking up towards James. They said their vows, and received Holy Communion before sharing a kiss and becoming husband and wife. Y’all- Morgan and James and their friends and family know how to have a good time! A great band was playing country music covers, tons of people were dancing and the groomsman were full of jokes. The night ended with a sparkler exit. I couldn’t be more excited for these two, congratulations to Morgan and James!

Haley and Tanner’s wedding day was pretty perfect. Haley knew exactly what she wanted when she envisioned their big day, and she and their friends and family really knocked it out of the park making it all a reality. Much of the decor was DIY, and y’all- everything was stunning! It was a beautiful fall day at Southwind, and Haley got ready with the help of her mother. She did a bridesmaid reveal with her girls, it’s such a fun moment to capture! Tanner is a police officer, and a few of his groomsmen are fellow officers, so they made sure to get some awesome portraits together. Haley and Tanner first saw each other as Haley was walking down the aisle with her father, at the edge of the lake. Along the aisle were signs from 1 Corinthians 13: 4-8, and it was the perfect backdrop for a lovely ceremony. The rings were accidentally left upstairs, but their officiant, the Rev. Steve Casteel, did not miss a beat, and the ceremony continued on as planned. After Haley and Tanner walked down the aisle as husband and wife, they exchanged rings inside. It was fun from a photographer’s perspective because I’ve never been that close up for the exchanging of rings! After, we started taking portraits. It was right before sunset, aka the perfect light! The bride and groom rocked it, even if it was pretty chilly. After they headed inside to have a seated dinner with their guests, before the first dances and cutting the cake. At the end of the night, the couple ran off with a birdseed exit. These two have such big hearts, and so much love for each other. Congratulations Haley and Tanner!
