Lauren+John Allen//wedding

I remember when I first met Lauren and John Allen for coffee, and they are one of those couples that just puts whoever is around them at ease. They are laid-back, kind and genuine people, and I’m so glad I’ve gotten to know them during this season of their lives. Their December wedding was chilly and a little muddy, but that didn’t stop the love from flowing around every part of their day! Lauren got ready surrounded by her sister, mother and bridesmaids, looking stunning in her long-sleeve, sweeping gown. John Allen laughed with his guys, as he got ready to see his bride. They exchanged letters before their first look, and John Allen surprised Lauren with a pair of earrings he had made for her. After a sweet first look, we started taking photos in front of an amazing bubblegum pink antique car! We moved to a couple other spots, before heading inside for family photos, and then it was time for the ceremony. Lauren’s father walked her down the aisle, and Lauren and John Allen became husband and wife! They exited, and went off to have a quiet dinner before making their entrance and joining their guests at the reception. After an evening of delicious cake, laughing with friends and dancing the night away, the couple left with a sparkler exit. I wish these two so much happiness. Congratulations Lauren and John Allen!

Camile and Eric had one of those weddings that I’m going to remember for a long time. It really was a celebration of these two awesome people, and their deep love for each other. They got married on their 10th wedding anniversary *heart melts* in Corinth. There were so many details and touches that added to their special day, like the soap they made for favors, to Eric running to grab Nashville Predators jerseys to wear for some photos (and Camile being a good sport and wearing one too!). It was immediately evident that these two are surrounded by such strong family and friend relationships, there was so much love and happiness being shared among everyone. And so many smiles! Camile and Eric’s faces lit up at their first look, and they were laughing and smiling from there on out! After a sweet ceremony, everyone headed inside for the reception. During the wedding planning process, they told me they were aiming for a classy, simple wedding with jazz, and they nailed it. Guests danced and mingled with the music, ate some delicious cake and enjoyed the company of others. The two ended the night with a sparkler exit, made even more magical by the lights strung up in the courtyard. Congratulations Camile and Eric!
