Anna Grace+Carter//wedding
Anna Grace and Carter had a wedding for the books! I was so excited to get to be their photographer, Anna Grace was actually a bridesmaid in the wedding of one of my 2017 couples, Sena and Will! It was also my first wedding down in the Jackson area, it was great getting to work with new vendors and see different venues. We started off the day at Anna Grace's home church, Lakeside Presbyterian Church. Both she and Carter were surrounded by so many friends getting ready, with so many laughs and even some happy tears (like when AG and her mother and bridesmaids prayed together, I don't think there was a dry eye in the room!). Anna Grace and Carter met for their first look in the sanctuary of the church, and it was the sweetest moment! Then we braved the July heat and headed outdoors for some photos around the grounds. It was beautiful! After a quick AC break, we headed out for a few more group photos with their awesome bridal party. Then it was time for the ceremony! Anna Grace's brother walked her down the aisle, and they vowed in front of God and their family and friends to become united in marriage. After the ceremony, we headed over to the Vault Venue for the reception. Anna Grace had mentioned it to me during the wedding planning, and it was SO cool to finally see it in person! It was an old bank that they turned into an event venue, and it was the perfect spot for a wedding. They shared their first dance as husband and wife as the band Lucky Town serenaded the room. Their friends and family danced the night away, until it was time for the petal exit! I'm so happy I got to be a part of Anna Grace and Carter's wedding day, congratulations love birds! :)
