Wedding Days

Your wedding day is a big deal. It’s one of the big milestone moments in your life and there's good reason to celebrate: you've found the person you want to spend the rest of your days with.

It’s incredibly important to me that you are comfortable with your photographer on a day when capturing authentic emotion is of the utmost significance. I spend time with my clients both in-person and via phone or video call, beginning months before your wedding and continuing into the weeks after your ceremony. I want you to know that I care about your unique story and connecting with you on a personal level. Clients often turn into friends, and I love keeping up with their families through the years.

I’m the extra bridesmaid you didn’t know you needed on your wedding day. I’ve pinned on boutonnieres, put on veils, bustled dresses, given hugs to calm down nerves. I’m also your biggest cheerleader! I’ll be photographing the ceremony with tears rolling down my cheeks because I’m bursting at the seams with happiness to witness your most special of days. I have years of experience to help coordinate the day and create a stress-free wedding day photography timeline.

Do you know how many details make up a wedding day? They're impossible to count. And, let me tell you—the day is a blur. A fun, amazing, wonderful blur, but a blur nonetheless. That’s where I come in. I’m there to capture everything—all the big, dramatic moments as well as the smallest glances and quickest embraces. After the cake is eaten, the music is turned off, the flowers fall, the photos are what remain. On your 25th wedding anniversary, you will look back through your album and remember your aunt busting her moves on the dance floor and the kiss that started the beautiful life you've built.

When it all comes down to it, my work is an investment in your life together. I’m going to work with you to make sure we get everything you want out of your wedding day and more. Each of my collections offers different time frames and options, but if you don’t see an exact fit for you, we can chat and create a custom package.

Clients typically spend between $5,000 and $6,000 for the Lauren Wood Photography experience,

and can be customized by adding additional hours, prints or albums.
